Q: I can't start the software. 
A: Please make sure you are using Windows 64 bit operating system. We do not support 32-bit operating systems. Make sure that you have . Net framework 4.5 installed. 

Q: The software has been stuck in the boot process. 
A: Please close the software and run it again. If you still fail after trying multiple times, please update your graphics card driver. 

Q: The software is stuck during the coloring process. 
A: Please close all other software that may use your GPU (like web browser, music player, dynamic wallpaper, and so on) and then run style2paints again. Please refer to the tutorials to save and load your working progress. 

Q: I am using AMD card, which runs very slowly. Can I improve it? 
A: we don't support AMD's graphics card yet. If you are using an AMD card, the speed may be about one tenth of the normal speed of the Nvidia card. 

Q: I don't have an independent graphics card. It's very slow. Can I improve it? 
A: if you don't have an independent GPU, the speed may be about one tenth of the normal speed of the Nvidia card. 

Q: After reading all the above, I still haven't solved my problem. 
A: please send the ‘syslog.txt’ file under the ‘asset’ folder to us. We will analyze this file and find a solution.
